Matt’s practice encompasses in all areas of business, estate, and trust planning, formation and administration, with a particular emphasis on closely-held and family-owned businesses. This includes all elements of planning, from business formation to business sale and/or business succession. Complex estate planning is, and should be, part and parcel of this process.

Unlike most planning attorneys, Matt also has significant litigation and trial experience, including previously handling the national and international litigation matters for one of Colorado’s largest companies. Matt has tried many cases in Colorado state and Federal Courts, as well as in other states, and applies this experience and expertise to complex fiduciary and estate/probate litigation. Similarly, Matt assists business owners with all manner of business litigation.
