Jessica Zaegel

Jessica’s practice focuses on commercial and probate litigation. Jessica assists clients in resolving disputes aggressively and efficiently, with a common sense and cost-effective approach. Jessica’s probate litigation practice includes inheritance disputes, Will and Trust disputes, and fiduciary litigation.Before joining Groves Law, Jessica practiced commercial litigation and family law, representing clients in jurisdictions throughout the Denver Metropolitan area. Jessica was also a law clerk for the Honorable Carlos A. Samour, Jr., who now sits on the Colorado Supreme Court. During law school, Jessica received the Hartje Objective Writing Award and was an Article Editor for the Water Law Review. During her last year of law school, Jessica was a member of the University of Denver Environmental Appellate Advocacy Team.

Jessica is a member of the William E. Doyle Inn of Court.
