It is estimated that over 42 million Americans between the ages of 40 to 60 are juggling a career, managing their own needs as well as those of their immediate family all while attending to aging family members. Currently there are approximately 35 million people in America aged 65 and older and by 2030 this number is expected to more than double. The services provided to aging loved ones can be invaluable from an economic and emotional standpoint, but can create particular challenges for the caregiver.
